Yes, we do require a $300 deposit to secure your booking. The remaining cost needs to be paid six weeks before the event.

Alcohol is charged on top of the package hire fee around six weeks before your event. 

We recommend offering variety by selecting:

3-4 Beers: Usually one mid-strength at a minimum.

1 Cider or Ginger Beer

1 Red: often a Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon

1 or 2 Whites: Chardonnay and/or SSB

1 Sparkling Wine or Champagne: everyone loves a good bubbly to celebrate!

Drinks served through the Kombi tap system are cooled by the commercial chiller system we have onboard. Any pre-packaged drinks are cooled in ice buckets.

As an estimate, approximately six 19 litre kegs per 50 people. For larger events we recommend 50 litre kegs and will work with you to ensure we have the right amount of alcohol while not ordering too much.

No. We do recommend that for all events with over 75 people, it is worthwhile having one staff member if your budget allows.

Yes, we do have 50 metres of extension leads. If no power is availble, we will provide alternative power for an additional charge.

Yes, we do have packages available for overnight hire.
