Nim, a 1975 Kombi is the heart of our mobile bar service, featuring six draft taps for beer, wine, soft drinks, and a variety of cocktails. These two form a dynamic duo that is dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences at all events including weddings, birthdays, and corporate gatherings.

5$300 deposit to book then remainder at least 45 days before event 

Pay the deposit now to secure your booking and lock us in for your big day.

Once we receive the non-refundable deposit we are all yours and here for any bar queries, questions and assistance.

The balance is due 45 days before the event.

6pay the hire fee up front and save $100

We offer a $100 discount on the Kombi Keg hire fee when the full hire fee is paid up front. Once we receive your payment your date is locked in.

If anything changes and you need to cancel, we will refund the hire fee less $300 which is not refundable.

We will work with you in the lead up to your event to finalise the drinks menu. We can provide a quote for beverages based on your guest count and event duration. You can also provide your own beverages to serve from the Kombi as well if you would like to. The below figures are estimates only for an 8 hour event to give you an idea of typical costs.

frequently asked questions

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we do require a $300 deposit to secure your booking. The remaining cost needs to be paid six weeks before the event.

Is alcohol included?

Alcohol is charged on top of the package hire fee around six weeks before your event. 

How many different alcoholic beverages can be served?

We recommend offering variety by selecting:

3-4 Beers: Usually one mid-strength at a minimum.

1 Cider or Ginger Beer

1 Red: often a Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon

1 or 2 Whites: Chardonnay and/or SSB

1 Sparkling Wine or Champagne: everyone loves a good bubbly to celebrate!

How are all the drinks kept cool throughout the event?

Drinks served through the Kombi tap system are cooled by the commercial chiller system we have onboard. Any pre-packaged drinks are cooled in ice buckets.

How much alcohol should we provide for our event?

As an estimate, approximately six 19 litre kegs per 50 people. For larger events we recommend 50 litre kegs and will work with you to ensure we have the right amount of alcohol while not ordering too much.

Do I have to provide staff at my event?

No. We do recommend that for all events with over 75 people, it is worthwhile having one staff member if your budget allows.

Does the Kombi require access to power?

Yes, we do have 50 metres of extension leads. If no power is availble, we will provide alternative power for an additional charge.

Can the Kombi be booked overnight?

Yes, we do have packages available for overnight hire.
